Prices
All the prices we quote are in US Dollars, all products are shipped by FOB Fuzhou, China, unless otherwise advice.

Payment
All payments are in US dollars unless otherwise approved. Invoice amount includes total price of items, shipping and handling charges, and any bank transaction fees. Acceptable payments are: Advance payment or L/C; 30 days net terms is based on approved credit.

Shipping
If you have a preferred shipping carrier, we will need the name, address, and phone number of your shipper and your account number. If the shipment method is not specified, we will default to use the most efficient and economical method for your order in our side - via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or By Air, default shipping and handing charges prepaid will be added to your invoice.

Warranty
Rising EO reserves the right to repair or replace defective products, and the charge for repair or replacement will be born by us if we are informed of the defect within 60 days of shipment date. Our shipment errors will also be replaced free of charge. However this warranty does not cover customers’ errors in ordering improper handling and storing, or any other unexpected circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the price of the part or service we are providing. All products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials workmanship after one year from the date of purchase.

Returns
We can resolve most of problems via phone, fax or e-mail. If necessary, we will provide you a RMA number and you can return us the materials for re-evaluation. We will bear all the shipping cost of return.

Order Postponed and Canceled
If customer need the orders to be postponed or canceled, please informed us two months ahead of delivery. Otherwise all our loss should be compensated by customers!
