Product Introduction
The working principle of a RGB prism is primarily based on the refraction and reflection of light, as well as the selective action of specific coatings on light. In a RGB prism, light of different wavelengths (red, green and blue) refracts at different angles, achieving spectral separation of light. Simultaneously, the surface and internal coatings of the prism reflect specific wavelengths of light, enabling these light rays to propagate along specific paths and ultimately emerge in the same direction after superposition, thereby playing a crucial role in various optical devices.
Rising-EO's RGB prisms are bonded using special high-temperature-resistant glue during the manufacturing process, ensuring the prism's stability and durability in high-temperature environments. With precise control of the bonding process, the overflow of glue on the indicator surface does not exceed 0.3mm, which not only guarantees a neat and aesthetic appearance of the prism but also avoids potential adverse effects of excess glue on optical performance. The surface is further treated with a special ink matte finish, effectively reducing light reflection and glare, further enhancing the overall performance during use.
