Product Introduction
Integrator Rod utilize total internal reflection (TIR) to transmit light from the entrance to the exit of the light pipe, which can convert the non-uniformity light into uniformity light. Rising EO’s integrator rod takes advantage of high surface quality, utilization rate of light energy and stability. It can be used in projection display, light source and so on.
Hexagonal integrator rod: hexagonal aperture, improves light transmission, suitable for non-uniform light sources.
Tapered integrator rod: designed with magnification according to customer requirements, suitable for non-uniform light sources.
90° transmission integrator rod: tube making the light output uniform.
45° reflective integrator rod: rotates the light beam by 90 ° angle.
Customized service to provide the sample and high volume production.
Coating: 1. On the both top surfaces to improve the light transmittance.
45° reflective integrator rod with inclined surface coated with internal reflective film and sprayed with black paint, and anti reflective film coated on the inlet/outlet surface to effectively improve light transmittance.
